Shipping Policy

At EMIGEE, we are committed to delivering your order with the same care and attention that goes into crafting every piece. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
- In-stock items: Typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Pre-order items: Processing and shipping timelines are listed on the product page and in our Pre-Order Policy.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States.
We plan to expand international shipping in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Available options may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Express Shipping (where available)
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
EMIGEE is pleased to offer:
Complimentary Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- A link to track your shipment
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Signature Requirements
To help protect your purchase, EMIGEE may require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.
Signature requirements are determined at our discretion and may vary based on order value and destination.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for future international orders)
- High shipping volumes
- Natural disasters
- Labor shortages
- Other unforeseen events
EMIGEE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery delays may occur.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Orders returned to EMIGEE due to an incorrect address may require payment of additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your building management.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- Emailing our Client Care team for assistance.
While we will do our best to help, EMIGEE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@emigee.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review your claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
If separate shipments are available, additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for orders requiring signature confirmation)
- Freight forwarding addresses (at our discretion)
- Countries outside the United States
